Si bien en principio suena c\u00f3modo, trabajar en la cama no es una opci\u00f3n, y la televisi\u00f3n como compa\u00f1era de trabajo tampoco da buenos resultados. Por eso, debemos encontrar un lugar que adem\u00e1s de c\u00f3modo, sea espacioso para desplegar todos los elementos que necesitamos, como el escritorio, cajones, una silla y m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2- La silla, una pieza clave.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por tu bien y por el de tu espalda, la silla es una parte fundamental de tu espacio de home office. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La silla de trabajo tiene que ser c\u00f3moda y regulable, para que nos podamos sentar c\u00f3modamente sin importar la altura del escritorio. Fundamentalmente, la silla debe permitir que la espalda se mantenga recta en todo momento, para evitar problemas posturales y futuros dolores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
